Thomas Flügge leads the development of VCDB. He is responsible for the facts & figures and he advises all clients, partners and collaborators with his experience.
Furthermore, he is the contact person for complex as well as business and technology comprehending subjects by assisting the clients during strategic projects with active collaboration as project manager.
As external expert, Thomas Flügge takes over willingly presentations about both specific expert subjects and about the development and the experiences of the regional transport in Dresden and Berlin.

Peter Buch

Peter Buch

Peter Buch is the team manager of the business unit Infrastructure Planning at VCDB. Therefore, Peter Buch brings his long-time experiences about the realisation of complex national as international projects of regional passenger transport into the project management. The focus of his activities is on project management of transport construction projects as well as on electric mobility and telematics in regional passenger transport.

Astrid Müller

Astrid Müller began her work at VCDB in 1994 and became proxy holder in 2007. Within the company she is responsible for the division finances and controlling as well as for human resources and contract management.
Furthermore, Astrid Müller is entrusted the project management for different projects.

Matthias Zöbisch

Matthias Zöbisch

Under the leadership of Matthias Zöbisch the Transport Planning / Transport Engineering Team works on transportation projects as traffic simulations or light signalling planning and it designs integrated transportation planning concepts as well as feasibility studies. Furthermore Matthias Zöbisch manages planning consultancies of regional passenger transit companies in Germany and abroad.
