Peter Buch

Peter Buch is the team manager of the business unit Infrastructure Planning at VCDB. Therefore, Peter Buch brings his long-time experiences about the realisation of complex national as international projects of regional passenger transport into the project management. The focus of his activities is on project management of transport construction projects as well as on electric mobility and telematics in regional passenger transport.

Jochen Schäfer

Jochen Schäfer is the VCDB expert for complex depots and workshops for buses and trains. He is specialist planner and supervisor for the mechanical engineering equipment as well as in charge of the implementation of maintenance concepts within the planning procedure. As project manager of complex general plans, Jochen Schäfer has well-grounded experiences of schedule control as well as cost and quality control.

Sebastian Rehlig

Sebastian Rehlig is construction supervisor and planner of transport facilities. He has comprehensive experiences in the area of construction supervision of complex construction operations, planning of tramway tracks and management of Deutsche Bahn projects as well.

Annegret Unger
Project Engineer a.unger@vcdb.de
Annegret Unger has extensive experiences in the fields of site management and construction supervision of transport constructions. Another particular focus of her work is on the planning of transport facilities and on the implementation of electric mobility in public transport as well.
Furthermore, Annegret Unger has the qualification as certified safety and health coordinator.

Manuel Stephan
Project Engineer m.stephan@vcdb.de
Manuel Stephan is the VCDB planner for accessibility of housing zones and industrial areas. Therefore, a special interest is on the conception of rain water management. Concepts and feasibility studies for the infrastructure of regional passenger transport are other focused activities. In this domain, Manuel Stephan has both national and international valuable project related experiences. Manuel Stephan has, furthermore, the qualification as certified safety and health coordinator.

Bärbel Enold

Bärbel Enold is our expert for transport facility planning, particularly of tramway tracks and roads. Construction technology planning, management coordination and civil engineering are part of it as well. As project manager, Bärbel Enold offers deepened experiences in coordinating integrated expert planning in the area of complex projects of transport construction.

Steffen Mann
Planning Engineer s.mann@vcdb.de
Steffen Mann strengthens the Infrastructure Planning Team in the area of CAD-drawing with the help of both CARD/1 and AutoCAD. He takes over the drawing management of complex planning projects and offers comprehensive experiences in sewage network planning.

Martin Teske

Martin Teske is one of our young engineers of VCDB. His activities focus on planning of transport facilities. Furthermore, he is working in the fields of accessibility and transport planning as well. Martin Teske has well-grounded knowledge of CAD applications both CARD/1 and AutoCAD.

Jörg Seegers
Project Manager j.seegers@vcdb.de
Jörg Segers is dedicated to our Berlin office. He manages the large inner urban project “Reconstruction of metro line 5” for the Berlin Transport Company BVG AöR and possesses comprehensive decision-making power.
Due to his extensive experiences in project management and in channel construction, Jörg Segers is the contact person for our clients in case of difficult underground projects. He reports and publishes regularly about his sphere of action.
