Supervision of the Manufacturing Process and Technical Acceptance Tests for Rail Vehicles
VCDB organises and carries out complex supervision of the manufacturing process of rail vehicles, including routine tests (acceptance tests of welded carbodies, in-progress inspections and final acceptance tests), type tests (checking for conformity with the technical specifications and first article inspections), random inspections and schedule control. The scope and procedure is, of course, tailored to the customer's requirements.
Expert Reports and Assessments of Rail Vehicles
Our experts support companies with the preparation of vehicle procurement (specifications, tenders, analyses of bids) as well as assist in the approval procedure and write technical and economic reports for rail vehicles.
Commissioning of Rail Vehicles
VCDB supports and assists during the commissioning and approval of rail vehicles and advises on questions concerned with the optimisation of the commissioning process from an operational point of view. In addition to this, our operational experienced personnel will supervise any necessary rectifications or series adaptations.
Technical Documentation of Vehicles and Training
VCDB compiles comprehensive technical documentation concerning rail vehicles. A further service on offer is practice oriented training for both workshop and driving personnel.
