Matthias Zöbisch

Under the leadership of Matthias Zöbisch the Transport Planning/Transport Engineering Team works on transportation projects as traffic simulations or light signalling planning and it designs integrated transportation planning concepts as well as feasibility studies. Furthermore Matthias Zöbisch manages planning consultancies of regional passenger transit companies in Germany and abroad.

Petra Tietze

Petra Tietze possesses comprehensive knowledge concerning planning of light signalling systems during all service rendering phases. Another focus of her work lies on the field of traffic simulations.

Heike Ikert

Heike Ikert possesses many experiences in managing structural engineering and transportation infrastructure projects. Her other fields of activity are feasibility studies and planning of junctions in the range of regional passenger transit as well as the creation of operation concepts for the public transport.

Martin Röhlig

Martin Röhlig is a versed engineer for transport planning and simulations. He accompanies transportation concepts from feasibility study until supervision of construction and start-up. Furthermore he can refer to several years of experiences as site manager and project manager for construction projects of Deutsche Bahn train manufacturing. Martin Röhlig possesses comprehensive knowledge in the field of rail vehicle technology as well.

Stefan Schwarzbach

With the help of his deepened business-management background, Stefan Schwarzbach forms and designs the VCDB projects above all in the fields of transport planning and transport economics. He is the expert for transport modelling, cost-benefit-analyses and demand calculations.

Juliane Kirste

Juliane Kirste works mainly on project controlling for the Dresden transport company DVB AG.
Furthermore she strengthens the Transport Planning / Transport Engineering Team with her business management knowledge above all in case of international projects.

Oleksandr Nesterovskyi

The field of activity of Oleksandr Nesterovskyi covers projects of transport engineering. Due to his technical knowledge he assists intensively in planning of light signal systems and therefore in creating management concepts. Furthermore, he works on microscopic and macroscopic modelling.

Holger Traebert

Holger Traebert manages the planning of accelerated light signal systems of the German capital at our site in Berlin. Due to his comprehensive experiences and his extensive software knowledge he is predestined for handling and managing transport engineering projects.

Lutz Richter
Project Manager l.richter@vcdb.de
Lutz Richter brings in more than 10 years of professional experience in the fields of transport planning and transport modelling. His work focus lies on the development of integrated traffic models for the calculation of transport demand, profitability and revenue expectations for different transport companies.
